Cat Lemieux is a bilingual actress born and raised in Montreal. At age 16, Cat made her acting debut when she was cast in Jean-Claude Lauzon’s masterful film LÉOLO (NYTimes Top 100 films of all time). Fresh out of the Dawson Theatre Program, she toured, in Canada and the U.S., with Repercussion Theatre in MACBETH and A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM. She has performed in both the Montreal and the New York City Fringe festival and spent many years working in the indi-theatre community, before receiving a META (Montreal English Theatre Award) for “Best Supporting Actress” for the role of Jeanne, in Centaur Theatre’s production of GOOD PEOPLE. Cat has played memorable roles in such films as OSCAR ET LA DAME ROSE, WHITE HOUSE DOWN, and THE YOUNG & PRODIGIOUS T.S. SPIVET. In 2013, she made her television debut in 2 highly acclaimed projects; SÉRIE NOIRE (Radio Canada), in which she played Celeste (AKA: flying Toutoune) and in the hit series HELIX (Syfy) where she was cast as the ill-fated veterinarian pathologist, Dr.Doreen Boyle.
