A graduate of Dawson College’s Professional Theatre Program, Anne-Marie works in both English and French in theatre, film, television and voice. She is French-Canadian-Egyptian and learned some Spanish while living in Honduras. She has performed in over 75 productions and was part of Black Theatre Workshop’s 2015-2016 Artist Mentorship Program, in turn became a mentor for Imago Theatre’s ARTISTA program in 2022 and 2023, and now teaches one of the adult public courses at the National Theatre School of Canada offered in collaboration with Geordie Theatre. Anne-Marie has had the honor of receiving nominations at the Montreal English Theatre Awards (METAs) for "Outstanding Supporting Performance" in both 2019 and 2023. It certainly goes without saying that she is quite proud to be part of this gorgeous Montreal artistic community. Quite. Proud. Indeed.
