Gayle Garfinkle began her theatrical career in amateur musical theatre while working as a teacher and having a family.

Realizing that the stage was her calling and looking to deepen her knowledge, Gayle decided to go back to school. She excelled at Concordia University in Fine arts, graduating magna cum laude.

Concurrently, she starred in many theatre productions in Montreal at venues such as Centaur Theatre and The Segal Centre. She then signed with an agent and her commercial career began. She joined Actra and Actors Equity and roles in radio, TV and movies came rolling in.

She enjoys work that makes every day a new challenge and knows that there are lots of fascinating scenes left to play.
